Sneha hails from Panrutti in Tamilnadu but her first film was in Malayalam titled Inganae oru nila pakshi. She was first seen in Tamil in Anandam. She has won the hearts of Tamil audience with a series of hits and is now a busy artiste. She was brought up in Dubai where her family resides. Now that she has pitched camp in Tamilnadu, she has bought a jackfruit grove in her native Panrutti, which is famous for the fruit. She also has plans to set up a fruit processing venture and export to Gulf countries.
