Devayani married Rajakumaran some years ago. They have been happy ever since. But their professional efforts have, well, not been so cheesy. Devayani has not had many hits and she has turned to television with the hugely popular Kolangal teleserial on Sun TV. Rajakumaran directed Kadhaludan with Murali and Devayani in the lead and the film sank without a trace. Devayani burnt her fingers producing the movie. Now, Rajakumaran has also jumped on to the Kolangal bandwagon and he is the associate director in charge of the editing work for the serial.
