Jai Verma is the hero of the film, Theekuchi. Jai is dancer Disco Shanthi’s brother. In turn, he is also the brother-in-law of Prakashraj, who has married his other sister, Lalithakumari. Jai is also the supporting cast in another film in which Surya is the lead hero. When quizzed as to why he accepted such a role, the young man said that he was interested in portraying variety in his roles and not get stuck only as the hero. He’s got the right attitude.
