How are you Dhanush?
Very very happy. Some of my recent films did not have a good run. Now, Devadaiyai Kanden is showing good promise. Also, Balu Mahendra sir’s Adhu Oru Kanakkalam is shaping up well. He gifted me a Ganesha idol which I cherish the most. Ash is the greatest thing to have happened to me. She is very sharp just like her father!

How is it like being a married man?
Ash and I share the same taste on most things. But we also have our share of arguments. If you ask me what do I like the most in her, I would say everything.

Any advice from Rajini, your father-in-law?
He does not preach. One has to learn a lot from watching him. His humility is amazing. He rang up every guest at our wedding on the next day to thank them.

He said that they had come to bless us amidst their other commitments. We must treasure our relationship with them. He is also very very disciplined and professional. I have to learn a lot.

Where is the Dhanush wave?

It has not waned. It will be back with Selvaraghavan’s Puduppettai for which I am doing a lot of homework.

What do you feel about Vivek Oberoi?
A real-life hero. His work for tsunami relief is truly commendable. I am also thinking of adopting villages in my native district for upliftment of poor farmers.

When shall we have Dhanush,Jr.?
Let’s wait for sometime!
