Actress Nalini who is seen mostly in the TV mega serials, has stepped up to produce a movie. Previously it was actresses Kushboo, Devayani and Ramba who tried producing movies. While Kushboo has a little bit of success in the field, the other two suffered losses. Nalini is determined not to do the same mistakes done by Devayani and Ramba, and proceeds to follow the footsteps of Kushboo.

Actor Madhavan was approached for the lead role in the film, while the lady love for him is not been decided yet.
