The producers are happy that Sasi Kumar is keen on giving opportunities to their counterparts and make them hog the limelight. Though it is the producers who are instrumental in making a film, it is always the actors and directors who walk away with accolades.

But Sasi Kumar, being a producer himself, wanted to change this. He had given an opportunity to producer Jai Prakash to star in two of his films Pasanga and Nadodigal. Likewise he had AL Azhagappan and Kaja Moideen don important roles in his forthcoming release Easan.

The Producers' Council has lauded the efforts of Sasi and has felicitated him with a flower bouquet.
